This organic psyllium husk powder serves as an excellent source of soluble fiber. Soluble fiber from foods such as psyllium seed husks, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. One serving delivers 6 grams of the 7 grams of soluble fiber recommended daily for this effect. Natural color variation may occur. This product is sold by weight, not volume.
